We offer Short Term Rentals mostly however during the months of November, December, January, and February we provide discounts for monthly snowbird rentals. We prefer to have our guests stay for a minimum of 3 months.
Long Term Rentals (Monthly) cancellation is 45 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund. Short Term Rentals is on a case by case basis. However in most cases we provide a full refund with a 30 day notice prior to your arrival date.
Most of our properties allow pets. However, if the property is in a Home Owner Association (HOA), most likely there are no pets allowed.
We allow 2 pets under 50 pounds for a small fee of $159.00.
South Carolina requires all pet parents have a leash on their pets at all times.
Federal laws provide special accommodations to the disabled. Unfortunately, some people may fraudulently misrepresent their dogs as service animals.
Under Federal guidelines we’re allowed to ask the following two questions.

- What work or task has the dog been trained to perform?
Check out time is 10 AM.
Check in time is 4 PM. Please let us know if you need an early check in time. We can make modifications to the cleaning schedule and have you in your property prior to 2 PM, if proper notice is given and a $50 fee is collected.
